I wish Raven was a tier lower as I’d rather do a battle between the two heroines. Regardless I think this is an interesting battle nonetheless. Cyborg seriously needs a profile update by the way, it makes no mention of his tower merge. His AP should be far superior with this.
They both have similar abilities and are very similar strength wise when in base forms.
