Has any of Goku's new forms lacked what the previous form did? If yes, then we can't say UI has resistance, if not, then it should be there, if it was never showed, we need to look into what has been shown till now. And that is, UI hasn't been written in the resistance part.

Goku never lost any ability except Spirit Bomb. And that's only in regards to gathering energy because he becomes bloodlusted in ssj.
