Compared with irl humans? Yes, in the context of fiction and how the wiki trest supernatural willpower? No, to give him supernatural willpower a character needs to gain powers and/or resistance by will alone or resist absurd amounts of damage/pain (like Zoro feat of withstanding all the pain Luffy suffered through all his life, things that absurd), Standford thing fall short to that level.
