Stage 3 Frogman fights for a clear sky (Stage 3 vs SCP-6004)

Story:
Frogman becomes upset about the annoying weather on the planet where his mission takes place, so he investigates its source. Soon he finds a weird black cloud snake in the air spreading massive storms around itself. Rainbow Serpent doesn't seem to react anyhow at Frogman's request, so it's time to grab the Red Laser handle and deal with Rainbow Serpent by additional means.

Match is created upon Javenplayz253's recommendation.
Stage 3 Frogman with Red Saber is used.
Rainbow Serpent has access to Environmental Destruction.
Speed equalized.
The location is above the ocean.
The starting distance is 100 meters (given that SCP-6004 is 200 m long).

Frogman:
SCP-6004:

Worth noting SCP's Environmental Destruction doesn't seem to hold 6-B or higher stats, as it's rather a gigantic AoE attack capable of destroying the environment around. It would still annoy Frogman greatly (worsened vision, loud noises, disturbance to movements) if he hadn't a good counter against it:
  • Laser storm - Frogman casts 'Red portal clouds' above the battlefield (scaling even at country radius), which will rain powerful red laser shots at the surface beneath. Laser drops are twitching while falling down, making it difficult to dodge with their numbers. Frogman is able to control the laser rain (so droplets target only sinners) and can bend the raining angle.
Casting the portals above the storms to rain big numbers of age-manipulating powerful red laser shots could not only disturb the SCP's storms, but age them to the moment they disperse on their own. Although the aging doesn't seem to affect SCP himself much (it is at least 60,000 years old), it will be a good bombardment on its large body. Within a constantly cleared sky (at least in the area around), Frogman would try ranged attacks combined with holding distance due to the likelihood they gonna hit the massive body.

For example, a spam of navigatable finger Red laser beams or hordes of gigantic Red Laser bursts could eventually demolish the Rainbow Serpent, even when he starts growing into his 1900km long form via Size Manipulation. Its selective Intangibility could be a problem, but there isn't a guarantee it can protect Rainbow Serpent against Red Laser attacks, as they aren't physical objects, they further have unique properties. Frogman doesn't have to know about Transmutation in order to avoid SCP's attempts to eat him, and besides having to deal with non-stop electricity lightning, Stage 3 seems to take without a need for drawing Red Saber, besides its 6-B stat boost.

Doesn’t Frogman only get the ability to hit an intangible enemy with Stage 4’s dragon heads? I feel like SCP ought to be able to use selective to avoid most of the blasts, but doesn’t have enhanced senses while Frogman should be easily smart enough to attack non-intangible parts. I don’t think the red laser attacks are just gonna suddenly work on SCP regardless though

Stage 3 cannot, even with Red Saber. But from the description 'Selective Intangibility (It can choose what objects pass through its form and what objects can meaningfully interact with it)', the definition of an object could vary. It could be just an area around, also meaningful interaction could mean the objects still touch the SCP, but they for example aren't thrown away when the SCP rams into them. Given how weird in terms of physics laws Red Laser attacks are, and how even the tiniest touch with Red Saber can be deadly, I wanted to point out how the exact definition of 'Selective Intangibility' could affect the situation.

Found a better description of the Selective Intangibility here:
SCP-6004 possesses several powerful anomalous qualities regarding itself. Thaumaturgical scans have shown that SCP-6004 possesses a form of selective tangibility, which has been observed at times of attack1. It often uses this ability when swallowing organic materials, primarily animals, while avoiding swallowing earth or buildings. SCP-6004 is known to consume living human persons when besieging populated areas, and is often observed regurgitating various fauna local to the immediate area.

Its debatable if SCP can ignore all objects around it. At least when attempting to eat Frogman, the SCP could likely mistake the Red Saber as an part of Frogman (which it essencially is, some Frogman's blood curculate through it), and thats when the biggest window for a critical strike to be made. There is no denying letting the SCP so close (likely able to pass through shielding) has bigger risks as well, but high risk > higher reward.

The scp is probs not smart enough to know that saber is not apart of froggy and eat it and realize... "OH SHI-" And die but... scp can try to trick frogzo via becoming one with the clouds and not getting affected whilst sneaking behind him but here's the question... will frogo notice?

"SCP-6004 is known to consume living human persons when besieging populated areas, and is often observed regurgitating various fauna local to the immediate area."
"By time of arrival SCP-6004 had departed and 74% of Canberra had been destroyed, with 197,728 persons missing. No dead bodies were found, and survivors were subjected to mass amnesticisation with the cover story of an asteroid impact."

Rainbow Serpent killing so many innocents and causing global storms resulting in missfortune from all sides would glow like a lighbulb under Frogman's Sin Vision. Combined with other sense visions (such as energy vision), there is no way Frogman wouldnt know his location even if he got totally blinded by the storms (which likely wont get, as Laser storm seems to clear the area in the battlefield).

Then i'm pretty sure the frog will soon catch on to the scp's tactics with it's genius iq and land good hits on the snakey boi before finishing it off, renaming it's classification to neutralized + the frog has LOTS of good hax.

Yeah I also see it

This butternut squash is so haxed, not sure if even Stage 3 with Red Saber could beat it when its done
My guy only is wall level and I didn't move on yet but tbf my friend who owns him (he gave me permission to make him) said he's all powerful lol

It's obvious he is using plot manip to hide 99% of his true abilities appearing on wiki sites, which could warn potential opponents
Bob ain't that insane till' you get villain arc where Bob becomes MAD after he gets nearly impeached and it ends with him getting trapped in my phone, never to be seen again :>
