Stability in Storm Calcs

I've been doing a calc for a small scale storm feat, and have most of it done, but I'm unsure of what qualifies as moderate/strong instability, as the link to the thread on the storm calc page is broken. The storm in question has heavy rain and lightning/thunder if that helps.

I think that is moderate, strong would be if the air is enough to send things and people on the ground to fly.

Nice. I already made the calc and had moderate instability as a mid-end, so that works for me.
