Goku has always been a strategical, technical fighter. Even if raging Vegeta is stronger than Goku, his rage should last a set amount of time. SSJ3 Goku can stall him until Vegeta's power goes down low enough, and go full on the offensive.

If so, then I vote for Vegeta cuz he still manage to hurt Beerus and force him to use 10% percent of his power where SSJ3 Goku cant even hit Beerus at all.

I don't really now why this thread was made considering it is literally stated that Raging Vegeta surpassed SSJ3 Goku, and was clearly evident in his short scuffle with Beerus.
