Also while squidward's transmutation does admittedly take some time, gumball WILL feel the effects shortly after getting pierced by it (seconds after getting hit by it, Spongebob complained about "feeling funny" and he started acting like a snail by eating gary's food before eventually turning into one), and he won't have a way out of it since he doesn't resist transmutation

I said it last night but gumball's death glare wont mean anything if squidward has type 7 immortality
Squidward is also smarter than you're making him out to be and he's adept in karate so even if he didnt have that immortality, he won't just stand there and let gumball write in the magic notebook, he's not stupid
