It was evaluated as an outlier, but tiering changes turned it into a supporting feat. Nobody bothered to re-evaluate it, tho.

Spyro already scales to Sorcerer’s thunderstorm (Which I think is still 7-B, correct if I’m wrong.) so his tier should remain as is.

Yeah, like I said, it's a supporting feat, not something groundbreaking (unless someone finds our treatment of storm-creation feats inaccurate).
