Spongebob feats aren't really outliers

Spongebob seems to cheated death more times than you thought. Just do something about his durability. A running gag that a nuclear explosins seem to happen. Spongebob may seem like a weak character but he hasn't dead or been crictialy injured. How about a Varies from 10-C - 7-B.

Unfortunately the explosions have only been calced at 9-B, since the characters in SpongeBob are tiny
