I guess it comes down to either Jasper getting rejuvenated or Spinel getting destabilized.

Spinel would likely win with her rejuvenator. Even with Jasper having her own destabilizer and combat experience, Spinel's elasticity and body shifting would allow her to outpace her, much like how she outpaced all of the gems easily until they adapted to fight her ability later in the film. But Jasper wouldn't have that luxury since Spinel still would win the fight after the poof. Spinel would be able to toy with Jasper while all the cheeto puff can do is get angry and try to hit harder.

Jasper is fighting someone who outpaced the CGs at once and was still able to physically wrestle with Garnet for a short while along with making a Steven who's definitely above Amethyst by now bleed. She couldn't even handle Garnet, albeit Garnet merely redirected Jasper to make her damage herself against shit but still landed some good hits so Spinel should be able to easily react to and harm current Jasper.

Yeah, I agree with Spinel winning atm FRA.
