Spider-Man's precog and speed advantage takes this. Not to mention he's also way more agile and he will easily take down the T800

Spider-Man will see everything coming, and could tank a few hits, as well as dish out enough of a beating to destroy or otherwise incap the T-800. The only two advantages of the T-800 are its ruthlessness, and its arsenal. A few good shots of any of its strongest weapons would destroy most people, and likely hurt Spidey quite a bit.

Arnie would win due to his cunning skills and reflexes that are on par with Spidey's. If Spiderman were to somehow grab hold of an energy weapon, he might win.

Why are we even comparing a bulky, slow cyborg to a flexible teenager that can shoot webbing from his hands? They're exact opposites. Spiderman would probably win via sheer luck.

You do realize Spiderman is like way more skilled than armie right? His spider senses and martial sill will topple the terminator, Spiderman has always fought people who are physically stronger than him and he still overpowers him, he armie won't be breaking his webbing for a while the webbing that can even restrain the HULK for a few moments.
