I forgot my first Yujiro thread existed so it died. Let's try another one!
Main stream 616 Spider-Man being used.
Both 8-B
Speed Equalized
Battle takes place in front of the Daily Bugle
Yujiro winds up in Marvel New York and hears about this spider person. After folding some of Peter's rogues, he calls the Spider out

Spider-Man quips and claps:

Yujiro Hanma steals Peter's woman:

Incon:
 
Gonna take Yujiro simply because of the massive skills in CQC + information analysis + Attack reflection

That is a valid wincon but yujiro has very good enhanced senses. He is able to quickly tell kaku kaioh's shaori would hurt him , avoided it immediately and learned it in minutes during their fight. The more he fights spiderman , the more he will adapt to him cause of his AD.

Right now the way I see this going is Spidey just webbing op Yujiro and beating on him until he's unconcious. Is there anything Yujiro can do to get around this?

Spidey's senses are beyond anything Yujiro is ever getting close to, multiplied by like 100. As good as they might be, Spidey-sense>>>>anything in Baki.

not really, id even call this lowdiff on Spidey's end as long as he isn't hit by PIS, he's infinitely more mobile, acrobatic, has what is effectively precog fused with instinctive action to negate whatever skill advantage Yujiro might have by basically knowing what he'd do before he does it every time and countering it, coupled with actual ranged options, AOE, and an extreme LS advantage, Yujiro can't exactly get out of this.
Yujiro adapting won't work, because spidey sense is gonna just counter whatever Yujiro cooks up to adapt.

And a hard counter at that, his Spider-Sense would certainly warn him that getting in for CQC is the last thing he'd want to do. The wonders of not being affected by PIS... And as you mentioned, he's an extremely hypermobile character (bolstered by the fact that this takes place in front of the Bugle).

Also, thwip gg. Yujiro has no answer to getting ensnared with Class M (560,000+ tons iirc) webbing, and Spidey mentally powers through any fear stuff.
 
The best he could do is try avoiding the webs using his analytical prediction + perception + senses which should tell him the webs are an issue to him.

DemonBack can allow yujiro to amp his Speed and AP many times which should help + Death Concentration to boost reflex and speed + Cockroach Tackle to boost speed even further again

Spiderman Scales to 16 .7 tons while base yujiro scales far above 15 tons (infact oliva who he easily upscales from and bullies in physical strength without trying took 0 damage from base baki's punch in the same arc who scales to that feat)

Higher stats (Ap , Durability)

statistic Amps (Death Concentration , DemonBack , Cockroach Dash and more).

Kiai which increases speed even further.

Higher CQC skills and Accelerated developement.

Vastly Above 15 tons (Base Yujiro >> Oliva >> Supressed Oliva > Baki who scales atm)

Information Analysis , Prediction , Peception and Senses which should tell him to avoid the webs.

His wincon is getting into cqc while avoiding the webs and quickly beating peter. He has many speed amps which can help achieve that while posessing extraordinary IQ (like peter) to use them.

This is what sadly happens when a verse lacks any active supporters/debaters especially those with indepth knowledge and experience.

Spideysense in and of itself cracks Spidey's perception speeds to such a high amount, time slows to a literal crawl. Yujiro amping speed and death concentration just get negged by spideysense too.
