Think Venom takes this. Type 3 and 6 Immortality is going to be hard to get past, as well as High-Mid Regen vs Spidy's Mid-Low Regen. Spidy's best bet is to try and restrain Venom with his webs, but I don't see that happening. Venom takes this 9/10 times.
