Just so everyone knows:
Miles opens like every other Spider-person with webbing up his opponent
Stephen starts by summoning an army of zombies that slightly downscale from him

So Miles is stronger and far more agile, as a plus, he'll likely rapidly notice that Stephen kinda needs to talk for his spells to work (sense if i recall correctly most DND spell requires the user to be able to talk) so webbing up his mouth would fix that right away and he can then just go in for the beating

I'll count that as a vote for miles

Seems like Stephen is equivalent to a 5th level wizard, and assuming he is playing somewhat optimised, he can have up to 8 zombies if he uses up all his 3rd level spell slots. Just 8 isn't much of a horde, and miles can easily blitz any individual zombie, so I say miles wins.
