The battle is set in New York. Spider-Man does not have access to The Iron Spider. Captain America does not have access to Mjolnir either (Obviously).

Spider-Man has a major advantage now that his Spider-Sense is fully developed. He's more acrobatic, and has a pretty significant intelligence advantage (Which is relevant because of what it allowed him to do to someone as intelligent and skilled as Strange).
Getting around the shield may be annoying, but not nearly impossible if he uses his webbing and LS advantage creatively, which he can certainly do given the Mirror Dimension feat (lol).

Cap was decidedly superior to Peter before, but right now I don't see him as having any advantage over Peter outside of maybe experience and raw h2h skill, but even that's somewhat debatable now.

I'll go with Spider-Man.

This basically, the only possible advantage for Captain it's the sheer experience do to the years but since Spider-Man it's superior in almost all the other aspects Captain can't do much.
