Hmm... Spidey is strong enough to stagger the Hulk, he can move like a gymnast fueled by Powerthirst (If you haven't seen that video, I reccomend you watch it), he's got webs that can at least hold Armstrong for a precious second, Spider-Sense is a huge advantage to help warn him of attacks, and Spidey is no slouch when it comes to intelligence. He can figure out his opponent's weaknesses out pretty quickly. But Armstrong is a force to be reckoned with as well, as he took on Raiden. Tough call, overall. But I might give this to Spidey.
