Should have the same level of intellectual prowess as The CEO, an evil version of himself that created an anti-aging formula as well as a device that could not only time travel, but would have also shattered the fabric of space and time. Held a scientific prowess early in his life. Educated in physics and biochemistry. Took down Kraven's disciples with ease. His first victory over Kraven was enough to be seen as a humiliation, causing the hunter's disciples to abandon him. Defeated several members of Silver Sable's Wild Pack and is
typically responsible for the very few failures the mercenary group are tasked with completing. Won against Juggernaut whereas Silver Sable and her Wild Pack struggled to even keep him in one location due to his sheer power.
Partook in a secret war against Latveria alongside Wolverine, Daredevil, Captain America, and Luke Cage)
Spider-Man 2099
Extraordinary Genius (Was sent to Alchemax School for Gifted Youngsters as a child, which taught the "best and brightest" for a career at Alchemax. Miguel would earn his career as the head of a program designed to create super-powered individuals. Holds an advanced degree in genetics. Easily identified how Hobgoblin's wings were constructed just by
taking a closer look at them when the villain was knocked out.
Created a Chronal link program in an incredibly short time, which allowed Miguel to communicate with Peter through time itself. Easily grasped the mechanics of Quantum Causality as it unexpectedly occurred during the events in
Edge of Time. Worked with Peter Parker to fix a time travelling portal. Commonly makes short work of the Public Eye's forces. Continues to grow in his skill, such as how in his early days a
S.I.E.G.E. officer would be difficult to defeat, only for them to become far more manageable as shown during the Shattered Dimensions Crisis. Despite their unpredictability, Spider-Man managed to use Atrocity's tentacles entering through space and time as an advantage in his battle against The CEO)
Ultimate Spider-Man
Genius (Created his own web-shooters. Should share a similar, if not greater intelligence than his father who created the Symbiote alongside his colleague in an attempt to cure cancer. Was more skilled than Deadpool, a Gulf War veteran skilled in black ops missions and assassinations known for killing mutants, with Spider-Man dominating him in their first battle to the point where the assassin
fled out of cowardice.
Implied to have fought Reavers on Kraktoa Island alongside the X-Men. Overcame Carnage and his Symbiotic army that were wreaking havoc on SHIELD and even managed to crash their Helicarriers, only having limited assistance from the agency in combating the threats. While wearing the Black Suit, Peter defeated Spider-Slayer Mark II robots, which were primarily designed to target Symbiotes such as Venom and Carnage with weaponry that exploits their weaknesses)
Spider-Man Noir
Gifted (Despite waging a one man war on crime, Peter is incredibly effective as a superhero. His stealth has proven to be incredibly difficult for several criminals to deal with as Spider-Man often takes out large areas guarded by armed men all while going unseen and saving hostages at the same time. When ambushed by several gang members at a train track, Spider-Man defeated each one with ease and dodge oncoming trains at the same time. Vulture feared Peter and favoured either fleeing or
striking up a deal with him more often than he resorted to facing him in direct combat. Even after gaining the ability to teleport thanks to the fragment's powers, Spider-Man defeated Vulture. Defeated Norman Osborn even after he empowered himself to the point where he could not be defeated regularly, thus ending his criminal empire)

Noir's utilizes the darkness provided by the shadows to such a degree that he can stand a few meters from a group of threats without even a hint of his presence. Followed Hammerhead and his men, taking out his forces without being noticed. Even when Hammerhead blasted apart large portions of cover with gunfire and had large spotlights scanning the area, Noir landed three sneak attacks on the villain. Took down alleyways patrolled by henchmen and avoided spotlights while climbing on building walls while tracking Vulture. Quietly took out a carnival heavily guarded with armed criminals while freeing hostages),
Web Creation (While he had already possessed the ability to use webbing, Madame Web enhanced this ability significantly),

Each Spider-Man in SD has an emphasis on a certain attribute. Amazing Spider-Man's is agility. Spider-Man 2099's is speed. Ultimate Spider-Man's is power. Spider-Man Noir's is stealth. These are all reflected in their play styles to distinctively give off the idea of how each differentiate from one another. In regards to speed, Ultimate Spider-Man can keep up with Electro who moves at the speed of light. 2099's Charge Attack moves at light speed, though what's significant about this is how the attack strikes at multiple enemies while performing this move. Given the enemies are often at different positions, Miguel is in fact reacting in time and isn't just moving in a straight line. Spider-Man Noir can roll out of the way of Tommy Gun fire well after the bullets are fired at him. As for Amazing Spider-Man, this is the one character I'm not sure about regarding his speed. He can clearly dodge automatic gunfire, but that may or may not be the low end of what he's capable of
