Spheres and Cylinders/Wheels: Hertzian Stress

What's being described here is how the pressure on a circular object meeting a plane (or anything else that doesn't match its geometry really varies with 1)space (across the contact area) and 2)time of collision. As our current system for frag values and whatnot only talks about the force present in the collision, which decidedly doesn't change regardless of the contact area or position in the contact area, this doesn't matter.
