Probably Connie; she is just overall more skilled than Speedwagon and harder to hit due to instincts.

Going for Connie too, she is more skilled and has better reflexes. And personally I didn't consider restricting Speedwagon's hat necessary, Connie has Rose's sword to reflect it, and even if the hat touch Connie it didn't counts with enough AoE to one shot her (unless is in a vital point).

Well, an 8-C hat would one-shot her, but her blade could block it well. Should I unrestrict the hat or would that make it a stomp?

She could also dodge the hat with her Instinctive Reaction.

Welp, is still a hat and its strength in launching depends of SW's, and in order to one shot it has to attack her in a vital; dodging is also an option.

Well, if it's agreed upon, it would certainly even the fight. Keep in mind, instinctive reaction isn't high-end precog or anything. She can still be hit, and Needwagon's not a slouch.

I known, enhaced reflexes from Connie isn't anything beyond human capabilities, but dodging the hat isn't a hard task for her.

If another person comes in and thinks it's necessary, I'll unrestrict it. Just want to make sure a fairly large bunch agrees.

Oh, it seems strange anyway. Guess now SW can have his hat in this round (or any other).

Hat unrestricted. Worth noting that it's still at least on Speedwagon's tier and is certainly going to be tough for Connie- she certainly hasn't trained for flying hats and Speedwagon could overwhelm her reflexes with it.

Still voting for Connie. She's deflected things like Steven's shields fought off multiple Holo-Pearl's at once, which are way stronger than Speedwagon.

Votes added. Didn't know Speedwagon would lose so easily, really. I considered that his higher intelligence and stranger tactics could potentially overwhelm Connie and keep this even.

I mean, Connie's fought some pretty weird stuff. Corrupted Gems and Gem Mutants come to mind. Plus Connie's fought on par with Pearl, who's way more skilled than her.

Though, if my Connie AP upgrade goes through, this may be a stomp for Connie.
