1)The achievement of Eto with the destruction of the gigantic compactor as a low-level citi-block. She destroyed it with oneshot. Weight calculations somewhere in the tens of thousands of tons, and this is a citi-block isn't it? In Durability can be put is the same as in Attack Potency.

Now about 1 and 2 issue:

With the calculator I got a mass gigantic compactor of 150,000 tons, and the destruction of this is already the level of citi-block I think.

1)Eto easily destroyed the gigantic compactor. I think its durability matches the attacking potential.

2)Kaneki "Black Ripper" breaks kakuja Eto in one attack

3)Kaneki Post-Cochlea is stronger than Kaneki "Black Ripper"

4)Kaneki (Post-Cochlea) can't get through Amon kakuja

5)Seido get through Amon kakuja several times and even completely destroys armor

6)Amon and Seido fight on an equal footing in this battle.

7)I think it is at least a reason to increase durability and attacking potential Amon and Seido (on citi-block+ lvl) and add them to top tiers

I do have some couple of concerns myself:

1) Post-Dragon Kaneki should be 8-A not 8-C since this is supposed to be Kaneki at his strongest, so it makes no sense why Dragon Kaneki is 8-A, but Post-Dragon Kaneki isn't.

2) Furuta should easily be scaled to 8-A since he is the most powerful being that ever existed until Post-Dragon Kaneki with plot armor managed to defeat him.

3) Arima shouldn't be 8-C since he casually beaten Eto without even trying, and that Eto is 8-C herself, he should instead be 8-B, same with Arata Joker Juuzou.

4) Post-Cochlea Kaneki kept up with Arata Joker Juuzou who moves like lightning, so his speed clearly be massively hypersonic+, same with Arata Joker Juuzou, Arima, Post-Dragon Kaneki, and Furuta.

5) Kakuja Eto is so huge in size in comparison to her father Kakuja Yoshimura that it's not even okay to call her 8-C, she should instead be High 8-C.

6) Why is Hanbee missing a profile??? That dude was on par with Juuzou, or perhaps slightly weaker!

2)I think Takizawa at least comparable Furute. Kaneki is stronger than Furuta at the time of the Dragon's arch. The difference between the level of Furuta and post-Dragon Kaneki is comparable to the difference between Kaneki King and Kaneki post-Dragon. Get this put in an official calc and evaluated as usable, and done.

Lightning timing is iffy because it's possible Narukami is actually just shooting electrified kagune cells, like Tatara breathes superheated kagune cells, which would not move as fast as actual lightning.

Okay, first I'll take a borrowed scaling of the times of Tokyo Ghoul to pick up the speed each character of the universe.

Kaneki height = 1.7 meters;

Kaneki length of the legs = 0,255 meter;

Floor unit height = 1.7 / 4 = 0.425 meters;

Distance between Kaneki and lightning= 0.5 meters;

Lightning speed (take the value above the "slow" lightning): ~ 5 000 km / sec = 5 000 000 m / sec;

Timing= 0,5 / 5 000 000= 1 × 10^-7 seconds;

The distance that Kaneki overcame= 1.7 meters.

By plugging in S= D/T:

Ken Kaneki's speed= 1.7 / 1 × 10^-7= 17 000 000 m / s. Mach 51 288 (5.3% of the speed of light)

As we can see-this is quite powerful, given that in TG:Re any character of the middle-high tier is comparable to Kaneki times of the first part.

Now comes the scaling for the battle with Arima:

The situation is this -Arima shoots Narukami lightning at Yomo. Renji looks death straight in the eye, but at the last moment Kaneki appears, covering Yomo kagune.

Using the standards of proportions we get that the height of a person is 8 goals. Growth Yomo on profile will total 182 cm.

The height of the head:182 / 8= of 22.75 ~ 28 cm;
Head length: 148 pixels;
Distance between Yomo and lightning: 314 pixels;

Distance: 314 / 148/ 28=314 / 5,3 = 59 ~ 60 cm.
