Speed of non-immeasurable Passives.

Basically what's above. I never understood what's the general speed of these, because I heard that they're either just infinite speed, or they're something that's completely unavoidable with any kind of speed below immeasurable.

They're basically just instant. Disregarding range, it starts the moment a fight starts, which basically means that it's effectively infinite in speed unless special circumstances dictate otherwise. Since its presence is presumably tied to the character, it begins the moment the character is there, and the character's already there so it begins.

It really depends on the context, but it's not technically speed. Aura/Radiation type haxes aren't exactly infinite per say, but not sure how to properly calculate the speed in which it spreads. But it's often something where range would be the best stat to do with. Some characters also have it where you need to physically touch someone to activate it.

A reaction time of 0 is one way to word it, but that's not infinite speed by default but rather perception.

The ability themselves don't rely on speed to begin with, since they already are here by default.

It would be like asking "what's the general speed of someone's durability" or "what's the speed at which humans have skin".

In most cases, conditions being met = it's done and that's all.

Although as DDM said, while the ability itself is what it is, it's actual effect may need spread or suchlike (like if someone can passively make a snake bite happen onto anyone who look at them, the passive wouldn't be dodgeable but the spread of the poison would take time independently).
