Speed in Shin Megamgi Tensei (Main Line or general)

so, how do you evaluate/calculate the Speed in the game/s? (this is not Applicable to universal beings or more or something that ignore space-time concepts)


the Spell, ability, etc Electric/Light can give any speed ability to the Chars in general (you Know, Electric are minimum of mach 163/4 (more or less) or Light = LS)? (if there are no In-Game Mechanics...)

There is a low-level demon in SMT who is a literal Plasma-Laser, and Seere, the weakest of the Goetia Demons, has this feat in his Compendium:

One of the 72 demons of the Goetia, said to be a beautiful blonde man with an ice-cold stare who rides on a winged horse. He can find or steal anything from anywhere in the world in an instant.

This isn't mention that there are Low-Level Storm Demons / Deities who fire literal Lightning as attacks, demons who circle the moon / sun around the Earth, and that you can usually wield realistic firearms at the lowest game-levels, so even the weakest demons are likely to be Supersonic+ in reactions given that they can randomly dodge gunshots.
