No he have reason it's why this petrification isn't listed in magical resistance. It's the amount of mana that a person have that let them resist the effect. But anyways petrification as a magecraft is something that modern sorcerer use too so he should still resist to a certain extant. If the petrification is not special.

Huh, so he's correct lel, my bad

As for Zhong Dong Petrification, i think its nothing special from what i remember (he throw the meteor at you and voila, you became the stones), then again correct me if i'm wrong here

The stuff in the parentheses fits the description of Planet Befall but to my knowledge we don't know anything about it besides gameplay

I wouldn't exactly vote for inconclusive either since this is purely based on me not being sure about Lancer's abilities, so I can't consider my vote to be well-informed here.
