I don’t think that’s a power. Although, that sounds kinda similar to Abstract Existence or Higher-Dimensional manipulation, but correct me if I’m wrong.

seems to me abstract existence and omnipresence, only with this image it is difficult to know, but if he created the universe and its concepts he must obtain manipulation of law and concepts

No. None of those descriptions are specific lifting strength feats. Being larger than a multiverse would usually qualify for example.

Also, Malebolgia now has very contradictory statistics.

But anyway, how big does the Mother look in these scans?

Well, being larger than a planet is nowhere near immeasurable strength, but she likely does have it, so it might be best to just list her lifting strength as unknown instead.
