Gwen due to Mana Manipulation. Saitama's biggest hax are time travel, BFR and attack reflection. Mana Manipulation counters via Resistance to BFR, spacetime manipulation and power modification.

How Gwen got Resistance to BFR and Space-Time Manipulation, Power Modification
(It only has BFR Negation, BFR, limited Space-Time Manipulation, and Power Modification, and it doesn't have Resistance to BFR, Space-Time Manipulation, and Power Modification)

Gwen has sleep manipulation , law manipulation and physics manipulation along with brf negation (via anodite physiology) and she can manipulate and absorb life force (and saitama has life force) so Gwen wins

This means he has Resistance to Law and Physics Manipulation. Full potential for Anodite also means perfecting the form of Anodite without losing their humanity.

Saitama resists sleep manipulation due to his Supernatural Willpower. 20.08 TeraFoe VS 6.703 ZettaFoe. Even Saitama's shockwaves can oneshot. What's stopping him from oneshotting Gwen here.

She can reduce his power to prevent him from strengthening himself. She can nullify and reverse his shockwaves. Has Probability Manipulation to increased her probability to win.

She started with it in her fight against Humungousaur, she was possessed tho. Though nothing is stopping her from time stopping him. That's and ability he used once she simply got curious about somebody's face.
Her shields can cover the whole body in the form of a bubble and their speeds are equalized, so I'd doubt blitzing is a option here.

He can't blitz Gwen, bc her speed is equal, so yes she can counter an attack.
It can simply reduce Saitama's damage or seal him in mana shield.

Higher AP and the fact most of Gwens attacks won't work on him?

He has Non-Physical Interaction and Resistance to Absorption, Sleep manipulation, Matter Manipulation, BFR and some of other Gwen's abilities and let's not forget Higher AP

These are not wincons. Wincons are the ways a character can win. Despite having higher ap and resistance to some of her abilities, its pointless if he can't land it

But Saitama can never win. They're the same speed, which means her shield will always go down before Saitama or his shockwaves can reach her. It's like this match that was deemed a stomp by mods, where Shiggy could oneshot Tatsumaki with deconstruction, but Tatsumaki would simply react in time to put up a shield (due to the starting distance) and finish him off.

Farfetchedx thinks this is a stomp because Gwen is going to use her shield, but he really doesn't understand how mana shields work in Ben 10. (Lloydblitzed explained this)
