Actually nevermind, we don't know Asriel's stats in this form. We can only struggle, not check his stats, and once we get to move, the ACT option becomes SAVE.

It's because to reach Pacifist you must not kill anyone, if you are level 2 or above, you have killed people. You monster.

Okay. Does it ever state explicitly that he's infinitely stronger than God Flower though? Or is it just by comparing the stats this conclusion was came up with?

It wasn't directly said, but stats obtained by using CHECK option are canon.
