And it was blatantly physically developed. That’s a giant, superhuman humanoid vs a baby slug. That’s literally a false equivalency lmaoNo, Mergo is very powerful great one and is a new born baby and the orphan of kos is a very powerful great one but still a newborn
Yeah, since it is an entirely different form. It’s only abilities would actually be whatever passives it gets for being a great old one and maybe something like “will eventually gain more powers” or smtn like that. You get the idea.A thread on that particular key probably needs to be made.
You literally see orphan come out the womb. How is it not the same? How does it make sense to you that when the hunter became a Great One that he somehow got weaker in the process? And it was blatantly physically developed. That’s a giant, superhuman humanoid vs a baby slug. That’s literally a false equivalency lmao
1. This one isn’t shown being birthed, also, correct me if i’m wrong, wasn’t the corpse there for a long period of time already? The slug is just poof, there. Also, the Orphan of Kos was already blatantly developed, like I said before. You literally see orphan come out the womb. How is it not the same? How does it make sense to you that when the hunter became a Great One that he somehow got weaker in the process?
Your reason for it having the same powers is that “he just became a great old one”, mine is that it’s literally a tiny slug with no showcased abilities, and an ENTIRELY NEW FORM. It’s a MUCH bigger assumption to say that it has all of the same abilities and strengths.Your only reasoning is that it looks weak lol
The why wouldn’t it be isThere are 2 things you have to take into account. The hunter beat the moon presence, establishing himself as the superior combatant resisting all of his abilities. He then absorbs The Moon Presence and all of its abilities. The combination of those two events is what makes him a Great One, so yes logically when we take those 2 events into account we can say that his slug form would be stronger than his previous one. The main question should be why wouldn’t it be?
Its really not, all Great Ones, including newborns such as Mergo and the Orphan of Kos, display these abilitiesHonestly this entire argument for the Hunter is just headcanon.
Kos’ body has literally partially decayed though, meaning that the body had been there for a while, meaning that the Orphan wasn’t just born. Also, it’s still blatantly physically developed. The Hunter is not, and doesn’t display any abilities. Supporting evidence of this is that the body itself drove the town crazy over time, despite just being a corpse. Its really not, all Great Ones, including newborns such as Mergo and the Orphan of Kos, display these abilities
Just because you willfully ignore this fact bcause it means aizen gets at absolute worst an inconclusive in this match does not make it headcannon
Yes passive madness haxSo no passive madness hax, cool. Aizen soul crushes.
Actually scratch that. The YS ending is the Hunter cut off from the Dream and the HW ending is the Hunter locked into the Dream. Not sure why the LG Hunter and the YS and HW endings are different keys though. That's all functionally the same Hunter.
Iirc the hunter has weapons that passively cause itSo no passive madness hax, cool. Aizen soul crushes.
exactlyAnd functionally a new entity as well. IMO it's kinda ridiculous to assume anything about it other then generic Old One stuff, like the madness hax.
no you moron we’re not using fetus old one, passive madness hax doesn’t apply .-.Yes passive madness hax
And it still applies even if Aizen soul crushes, not sure why you keep ignoring that part
thisShame he won’t get the opportunity to use them.
Do you mind not resorting to name calling.no you moron we’re not using fetus old one, passive madness hax doesn’t apply .-.
TheyShame he won’t get the opportunity to use them.
HeSeriously im not sure why this has to be stated so many times but the Hunter's madness hax doesnt suddenly stop working if he dies
Not how it works on wiki. It’s scaled to Soul Manipulation. Been that way for about 2 years or so.I dont get the soul crush stuff
I was under the impression it didnt work on stronger opponents?
the hunter himself d-o-e-s-n-o-t have madness manipulation, his worm infant old one does and we a-i-n-t using himSeriously im not sure why this has to be stated so many times but the Hunter's madness hax doesnt suddenly stop working if he dies
Yea, i know about how it works in bleach. Not how it works on wiki. It’s scaled to Soul Manipulation. Been that way for about 2 years or so.
Vs Equalization would work if the other person has sufficient enough soul manipulation resistance. Being strong isn’t enough.Yea, i know about how it works in bleach.
I just dont know how verse equalization affects it. Like in bleach u cant have super strength without strong reishi.
Basically if you don’t have resistance to soul manipulation you get s-c-r-e-w-e-dYea, i know about how it works in bleach.

Yes, but weapons like the Bloodletter directly reference being powered by the user's Soul.Vs Equalization would work if the other person has sufficient enough soul manipulation resistance. Being strong isn’t enough.
That’s not how we scale Soul Manipulation potency. We scale it like Mind Manipulation. Based on the number of targets effected and etc.Yes, but weapons like the Bloodletter directly reference being powered by the user's Soul.
"The demented hunter weapon brandished by Brador, the Healing Church assassin.
The Bloodletter assumes its true and terrifying form after it draws upon blood from the inner reaches of one's body and soul.
This is the only effective means of expelling tainted blood, or so Brador, isolated in his cell, continued to believe."
The Hunter's soul directly scales to his Tier.
