Sosuke Aizen vs Mr. Chau

Battle starts at range of 100 meters, all standard equipment and such available. Battle takes place in the same wind-blown hilly area you face Mr. Chau at in the Scott Pilgrim video game, with the overcast night sky and all. Aizen, of course, is at his peak. Who takes this, Shinigami or Knives's dad? Friendly reminder to state your reasoning.

Is Mr. Chau blind? I see nothing indicating that he is on his page, and minor resistance to mind manipulation should by no means mean immunity to KS, so I'll have to vote Aizen on this one.

If Mr. Chau does have some kind of resistance to KS, my vote changes to Mr. Chau due to considerably superior AP, durability and some hax.

Well nevermind I guess, Aizen got buffed and the match-up is a bit unbalanced now...
