I'd still give it to Sonic via flight, stamina and time manipulating techniques.

Does sonic have his super form forever here, or will it eventually run out. Either way with torikos incredible strength capable of hurting acacia,while (I don't know by how much) super sonic could have the strength, I doubt it's by a lot, plus theirs the fact Toriko has a variety of powerful moves like his kugi punch to stun sonic and severely hurt him, or his Flying forks to keep sonic at bay. Not to mention his two trump cards. His Blue and red Oni. Which can double team sonic and eventually pulverize him. Sonics only attribute is his slight strength and dura advantage, and ability to fly. However Since speed is equal, he basically loses the one thing he had going for him. This won't be an easy fight for toriko obviously, but with his advantage in versatility, combat skill/experience, and he does have some form of precog to help gain an edge over sonic. I see him taking this Mid-high difficulty

Uh you do realize fictional fights don't always end that quick, characters like goku or other FTL characters don't fight and end things in like split seconds. They fight for as long as it made, their just punching and dodging at speeds like that. Also sonics time break slows sonic himself down and would only resort to using it to dodge, not attack. Also Was able to move in acacias warp kitchen, which literally slowed down time to such a degree, that characters like the 8 kings were frozen. Sonic still would be eventually be beaten by the combination of torikos 2 powerful demons and his versatility in moves and strength, theirs also his precog.

Yes, fictional fights don't but an actual FTL fight would. You're ignoring Chaos Control, which is a time stop that doesn't affect him.

Yes a REAL FTL fight would end quickly, so I don't know why you brought that up, also chaos control is only a teleportation move, one that sonic isn't even a master of, if this was shadow it be different, but sonic rarely uses chaos control to fight or espacial for that matter, he'd use time break most likely, and chaos control for a last minute escape, but it still doesn't change the fact that Toriko has dealt with people who use time stopping abilities like evolved acacias warp kitchen which slowed time to a halt with the 8 kings, also he still has the range attack advantage along with combat experiance, not to mention it would be a two on one fight with the two onis who are you going to eventually kill sonic, speed is equaliz so the odds of sonic escaping them is incredibly low, not to mention he would be hit by their devil forks and be crushed under the power of their kugi punches, which have matched Neo acacia.torikos still taking this high difficulty, only because sonic has time stopping abilities, and his Durabilty would keep him alive for a while.

I think toriko has the edge with his Regenerationn, grudgeman's statements on how toriko has dealt with time manipulators, and superman sonic has a time limit.
