If you removed the bloodlust, it'd probably be the same result due to equipment. Sonic has the Replenisher to passively heal him over time if he takes damage, has stuff like the Spooky Charm, and will definitely use Time Break due to it being way more in-character for him.

Sonic takes this no matter what imo.

And Sonic can create shields by blocking and heal any damage by vibrating his molecules. He can fake Arthur out with some "hit and run" tactics and use his afterimages to psyche him out. Sonic is a smart fighter able to expose his opponents weakness and not get hit (Idc if speed is equalized, the battle should be the same due to Sonic's unique fighting style). So sonic would win due to being a better fighter overall.
