Nlf he doesn't have feats of adapting to cm type 2. He also gets passive powernull.

He can send his consciousnes to a diff. body and use Ingall. Also his source can move outside his body and since he can cast magic from gis origin only(being an advanced magic user)That's it. Then he puts Sonic to sleep using his eyes. Anos can niether be possessed nor his source can't be incapped.
He has 2 sources, NEP 2 and the source of perdition. Sonic cannot deal with NEP 2 . Show scans that he can interact as well as affect NEP 2 beings or concepts.

Nope he moved his source out for 3 secs. Also he was giving a chance to Wesneria a hint, that what she can do in those 3 secs. There is no specific time interval for that. He just gave a chance to Wesneria that what he was about to do in 3 secs and you have to affect my source within that. 3 secs was the time interval for Wesneria to realise Anos' hint.
