Sonic the Comic AP Upgrade

Intro

Should be simple enough. This CRT is gonna be upgrading the 7-Bs of the verse to a higher level, as they're currently rated as 12.8 Megatons due to this calculatio

The Feat
This calculatio was calced at 51.7 Megatons, and is near the dead-center of the tier. The only reason it was lowball was due to two reasons. One was the belief that plastic was a better substitute compared to metal, but the Monitor is a machine and is thus likely metallic. Two was the height being lowballed to the highest point in the atmosphere, but the panel kinda shows the Earth as fairly small.

This feat is very close to City level+, which is at 53.15 Megatons iirc, and is already done casually. As such, the cast becomes City level+. Those treated as decently above Sonic becomes "At least City level+"
