Basically it was when they met Rotor father (tundra I think), he tried to attack him by running but the ice stopped him from moving so two mooks grabbed him from the arms and dragged him to a cell where they handcuffed him and Rotor

I remember a fic making Sonic entirely relying on his speed, because his arms are basically noodles he can hit worth a damn and is weaker than practically anyone (but again he got speed so he can hit hard with it)

I remember playing shadow the hedgehog when I was younger and honestly being fine with the guns and stuff. Shadow controlled mainly like the speed characters from heroes except with an actually usable spin dash so the autoaim on normal guns worked out fine for me.

The game was so over the top edgy though.

That's because Sonic Team has been pushing off Knuckles and by extension the rest of Sonic's friends off to the side. He hasn't been playable in a main series Sonic game for a while.

I understand 90% of the friends, but Knuckles?

Imo, yes they should cut out a ton of characters, but these should be the characters that stay:

Sonic (duh), Eggman (duh), Tails, Knuckles, Metal Sonic, Mighty, Ray, Shadow, and Amy.

While I like Blaze and Rouge and Chaos and Cream, they should probably be pushed way to the sidelines to give more room for the main cast, along with everyone I didn't list.

Charmy, Vector, and Big definitely need to go though. Without question.

As a kid, the only thing that seemed out of place was the fact that Shadow karate chopped Eggman.

Like, I wondered if I missed something that said Shadow knew Karate. Always pictured Eggmans head cracking like an egg afterwards.
