I mean, if the generations fight is PIS, that would mean the Chronicles fight and the two Black Knight fight is PIS...and that Battle is PIS (since the final fight implies Sonic>Shadow)

I think the only time Shadow beats Sonic in the games that is outright confirmed is SHTH in the endings where he fights Sonic, the previous ones are not confirmed who won...

I know the fall itself comes out to be tier 9, with the heat generated by air friction pushing it into tier 8. Fiction just overestimates how dangerous falling is.

Even Cream the Rabbit has shaken off falls from space. I think Shadow suffering significant physical trauma after SA2's ending should be considered PIS.
