Who wins and why?

Sonic: 2 (Shake, Anonman)

While Sonic has more versatility, Flash does have quite the AP advantage. Then again, Sonic's Type 8 Immortality(via the wind) will be a problem for the Scarlet Speedster. Even bloodlusted, I doubt he would blow up the planet to kill one guy.

Archie Sonic's powers might be too much for the Flash to handle, which includes BFR, Time and Matter Manipulation, plus Intangibility / Phasing to counter Flash's own.

I vote for Archie Sonic via versatility and immortality. Even if his immortality isn't combat applicable, I still vote Sonic via versatility.

No, it was resolved. He's staying 4-B. However, he's only slightly above baseline, so Flash has an enormus AP advantage.

I have to give this to Archie Sonic. While I don't doubt the Flashes speed, even with speed stealing, his speed is much more linear and has less versatility than Sonic's battleground dominating arsenal that can put him either back to peak speed, or triple to magnifying his speed to insane levels with his techniques, and this isn't even focusing on the fact he crossed 1,000 Universes twice within the span of 8 hours to gather said 1,000 Sonic's.

Has Sonic ever used Time Manipulation casually before? I can't seem to find any evidence of him doing it outside his Super Sonic form.

Also it feels kinda unfair to remove Flash's speed steal but allow Sonic to use his Time Manipulation, Reality Warping, and Dimensional BFR. Kinda tipping the scales too far the other way.

@Jared I agree with that, but I can also see why he did it. It's kinda null to make a speedster vs. Flash thread when people will go like "lol sp33d steal 4 life".

Maybe restrict some of Sonic's abilities as well?
