Is there no problem for Genjii be with Reimu, she always fights with him and uses him for flying, given that I think Reimu will not have a chance if she can't fly
Reimu is considered 4A because she defeat Shinki who made the Makai that in the part of it where Mystic Square events happen there are countless stars, and there is also a galaxy arm (from there it came possible galaxy level)

Pretty strong (able to shatter katchin which couldn't be shattered by planet busters)
Immune to mind hax (ki users have had mental training, look at the Namek Saga when Krillin and Gohan have a mental battle)
Immume to transmutation (half of him kicked Buu's ass as a candy ball)
Immune to disintegration (ki blasts have been shown to vaporize the opponent instantly + planets)
Survived being erased off guard
Could destroy the universe easily just by shouting scaling from one of Kid Buu's feats which was confirmed to be potentially universe busting in the Daizenshuu
