So the last time fight happened, both characters were at their strongest and Medaka stomped. So how about we use them before they got OP.
Base Medaka (Pre-13 Party Arc) aka Medaka without any of her hax vs 22nd Budokai Goku aka Kid Goku
Speed Equalized, Both at 8-B, Goku and Medaka are the finalists for the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai, SBA, no other restrictions
So I'm of the opinion that spammed characters can still be fun to debate if you change things up or use actual thought when picking opponents. Medaka is usually spammed at her strongest without any restrictions other then The Hero, sometimes. Goku seems to have the same problem, with everybody using Bluper Sayian Goku. Hopefully this solves any problems with this match up.
