Kars stomp. Goku cannot touch Kars unless he wants to be absorbed, and Kars' Mid-High regen is too much for Goku to handle even with Ki attacks

Goku's only wincon is Hakai... Which, in of itself is, A, a arguable fact if he even can actually use it apparently, and B, just... Not easy to pull off. Otherwise, Goku's kinda got nothing. Kars get's the Win if the Hakai can be considered a Viable wincon, otherwise... This is a bloody massacre, close the thread please...
