Well Sign 1 goku was able to fight against heavily suppressed jiren who is stated as the most powerful they've ever faced. So Baseline low 2-C = Infinite zamasu < Sign goku < Suppressed jiren. And Sign 2 is greater than Sign 1 and the spirit bomb and Kefla SSJ2. Baseline = Zamasu < Sign goku 1 < Kefla SSJ2 < Sign 2.

I KNEW IT! People really thought his first sign was like millions above baseline which seemed idiotic. There was this VS thread I was doing that involved his second sign, and someone said it was a stomp because of how high he was in Low 2-C. Which is clearly not the case, because he's not insanely far into it. Thank you for the reply
