Son Goku (DBS) Tiering Adjustment

I find it confusing that Goku is a 3-A in BOG. We know he was Universal as a SSG, but what about prior? I propose we put him at a 4-B in his base (continuing from DBZ) and SSJ transformations and a 3-A as a SSG.

Thought this was a clean up for Universe Survival Goku's keys oh well. But yeah basically what Akreious said. It's no different than his End of Z stat other than a few extra boost to his power.
