Something I want to ask about a character from "Epithet Erased"

Zora can use some form of time manipulation on objects and people, and in episode 6 she froze bullets in mid-air to hit her target with dozens of bullets all at once, now in EE bullets only do minor impact damage, but under this site's verse equalization rules, would this use of her ability be far more dangerous and lethal? I mean its not like bullets are weak in other verses.
