Are bullet points seen as a superior way to list P&A?

Personally I like it and it looks nice when the pages have a ton of keys and different resistances

Bullet points work well when there's only a few abilities. If the character has a huge list of abilities, as is common with hax lord characters, the bullet points end up making it absurdly long. With Zero, her weapons might end up making the list that long.

Perhaps a tabbing system could work. Like how it's done with the nier pages.

That could work. Since the characters have their standard abilities and powers tied to weapons, and dozens of different weapons with different powers.

It'll be long but the tabber is scrollable so instead of a long block of text and it'll be bulleted abilities you can scroll through. Here is an example of what it would look like Domino

It works okay if the ability list isn't absurdly long, like it is for some characters. Some characters have a wall of abilities so tall it's almost surprising the character doesn't just drop it in front of their enemies to keep them out.

I'm not sure how to make profiles anew. If someone is willing to provide renders for the images I can certainly make all the Drakengard 1 and 2 character pages, and any Nier Replicant ones, provided I don't get treated as a vandal for it.

I don't see an issue with using pictures from another wiki. I mean the big issue is that the drakengard pictures are limited and the wiki just so happens to have all of them. Just example, I've found a couple websites with Drakengard concept art. But the wiki already has them.
As for templates, personally I copy the page of an existing character who is closest in explanation to them (Caim in this case I guess) then change the necessary information.
