First, I don't sure if I am correct or not as my Japanese skill is very low but I still want to ask
In Mysterious Heroine X Alter'story(don't sure that it can be count as feat as it is different universe) , Tesla stated that if Charles Babbage die ,amount of Steam that leak from his armor(that at same time it is part of his np ,Dimension of Steam) after his dead can even destroy planet's atmosphere.(and Charles Babbage himself even stated that he one side stomp Agravain)
Is it give him tier 6A or even tier 5C(or higher) on special condition(or may be ,it is just his np, dimension of steam at full power)?
Condition1:he must has real physical body(like Gilgamesh after fate zero or servants summoned by Gilgamesh caster's magic in Babylon chapter( as servant in servantverse(?) has their real body)) (if he summoned as regular servant when he die he'll just disappear)
Condition2: He die
