Hi, as this is my first CRT, there should be some problems, but i've tried my best

Rock Lee

• With sixth gate, His Tier should be upgraded to 6-C, and everything related to his Tier like AP and etc should be upgraded (was able to blitz Edo Madara and cut him in half with only Kyuubi Cloak)

Why 6th Gate? Because it's the safest option. We know that first gate upgrades lee's stats by 5 times. But We don't know how much Kyuubi Cloak amps lee so i chose Lee's 6th Gate which is stronger than his Kyuubi Amp.

• 6th Gate Rock Lee Should Have FTL speed (was faster than Juubi Jinchuriki Madara's TSB and threw Hiraishin's Kunai Faster Than Juubidara's TSB)

Why FTL? Because it's already accepted that Juubito's TSB is FTL and Juubidara's TSB should be at least Equal with Juubito's TSB speed as Minato admitted that he had greater sage chakra than Juubito

• Tracking/Homing Attack (He can reach his opponent's location even if he doesn't know where is his opponent's location in advance)

• Soul Destruction (Juubito took Right Hand of Minato & Juubidara took Left Hand of Minato. Tobirama admitted that Minato can't regenerate after that [Link 1 & Link 2 & Link 3] and we saw that his soul had no hands because of Juubi Jins. This even applies by Deidara as he states that an Edo Tensei can continuously regenerate their physical form as long as their soul remains intact, so when Minato's soul was destroyed in hands' part, his physical Edo body stopped regeneration)

Sasori

• Resistance to Pain Manipulation (Sasori stated that he doesn't feel pain and databook applies this)
• Resistance to Empathic Manipulation (he hasn't any feelings, even if his grandmother dies he won't feel a thing)
• Inorganic Physiology (Type 1) (There are many statements that Sasori's Body isn't a Human body and it's a Puppet [Link 1 & Link 2 & Link 3 (even here it's stated that sasori abondoned his humanity) & Link 4 (it's stated that sasori isn't a human being)] although he has a little flesh of his human part to control his chakra, but this is nothing compared to many characters that have gained this ability like kakuzu, who has a human heart but still accepted as inorganic physic. And sasori needs this part just for controlling chakra as chiyo stated, not for anything else. Also Sasori's flesh is sealed inside his core, which makes it more safe. and sasori's body is shown to be empty [Link 1 & Link 2 & Link 3 & Link 4 & Link 5] and it's stated that he only had a flesh inside his core and nothing more in previous scans. Also he hasn't blood, it's just a purple liquid [Link 1 & Link 2 & Link 3 & Link 4 & Link 5 & Link 6])
• Likely Self-Sustenance (type 1) (due to higher scans, sasori doesn't have organs like lungs, so he doesn't need to breath)

• Information Analysis (Was analysing sasuke and itachi's fight whole time [for example]. Had great analysis on how Sasuke created kirin [Link 1 & Link 2 & Link 3], and analysed kirin's speed with just one look)
• Resistance to Extrasensory Perception (can't be detected by sensor shinobis)
• Self-Sustenance (type 2) (for white zetsu; in zetsu's profile, it has been only written that black zetsu likely has this ability, while we are sure that white zetsu has this ability)

Pain

• Hive Mind (type 1) (I don't think this needs any explanations)

Juugo

• Energy Projection (he is capable of creating Energy Blasts [Link 1 & Link 2])

Obito

• Intangibility (it was weird for me that his original ability is written, but it's not linked in his page as a separate ability)
• Fire Manipulation, Durability Negation, Non-Physical Interaction and Forceshield Creation with Uchiha Kaenjin (its a barrier, and its fire is stated as hellish and so hot that even threats like Tailed Beast Chakra can't touch it and it's keep burning the one who touched until that person becomes ashes)

I know feats like rock lee's ap are hard to accept, but i try my best. Thank you for the time that you spent on reading this. Sorry for any problems that here has, because this is my first CRT. Anyway i hope you guide me

I believe it isn't linked currently because he's only simulating intangibility.

I'm not so sure this is Durability Negation or Non-Phyiscal Interaction but the other abilities seem fine. The "not even Tailed Beast Chakra can touch it" seems to be referring to when Gyuki tried punching it, and Gyuki had a physical form for that.

I pretty much share same thoughts as damage for thee abilities. For rock lee's ap what exactly is the justification for him scaling over his kyuubi cloaked self?

Lee was actually not using any Gates as far as we know at the time. His pupils are still visible so at least he wasn't using the 3rd Gate or higher. He was also almost certainly resolve amped from Neji's death so i think you could say he's at least 6-C, possibly Low 6-B+ via empowerment

Is it accepted that Juubito's TSOs are FTL as projectiles? Well either way Madara's TSOs are accepted as scaling to him for now. I don't really agree though considering the inconsistency with its feats. Kakashi matches them after all. I think it'd be better to just say Resolve Amped Lee's faster than Kakashi.
