Some changes for Moroha.

Ehh I won't say much, I just wanted to improve Moroha's page. That is why I had been creating a page for him for some time, and today I finished it.

There are the changes. I think that saying that Moroha is 7-B because of a statement from the last episode is questionable, which is why I preferred scaling to Lightning Empress. I guess the speed calculation is accepted since it was on the original page.

I added missing abilities, and well, that is.

Well, I don't have much of concluding powers as on Content Revision Thread as a Content Moderators. Those who are Administrators or Discussion Moderators do so if one like Celestial Pegaus agree with the revision when the majority in the thread do too, I think it is enough to make the changes.
