So Rick should have concept manip due to his Holy Sword having that effect on Gods and such:

"You're a god-slaying swordsman, and you're holding a god-slaying holy sword in your hand, This combination will reinforce the concept of god-killing.".

Rick had once killed a goddess named Vahanato with his holy sword, Oz.

That fact will strengthen the god-killing concept. To be honest, Rick didn't quite understand it, but if the Holy King said so, he had to believe it..

The holy sword passes through the boundary of the seal and reaches UEG's chest. The holy sword pierces the clothes and tears the flesh. The core that lies beyond cannot be reached by ordinary attacks. However, the holy sword of the God Killer probed the core of the UEG.

The holy sword pierced the root. In that state, the holy sword unleashed an explosive force.

　The power unleashed inside the UEG shattered the core and destroyed the body that had been held together by the core.

　The disintegrated UEG turned into light and fizzled out.

The body that had been there had completely disappeared, and the presence was completely gone. Rick was convinced he had defeated her.

Considering how UEG has resistance to concept manip (type 1) on the profile due to shruging off Toichirou's attacks, Rick should have that type as well since he was able to affect her with it.
