I know solovar reacted to speed blitzing attempts of flash it should bexpect noticed that flash is not constantly moving at hypersonic speed but usually at subsonic speed unless he is faced with another speedster.
He is usually subsonic and to further prove this fact . The ground in the combat stadium flash and solovar ispeed covered in sand so if he was moving at the speed of sound the would be a sonic boom or the sand would like levetate or shift appart so solovar should be subsonic not hypersonic
