So why does Vegeta have a 'Post Tournament of Power' key?

It's another key that gives him Low 2-C, but the explanation makes no sense.

"Universe level+ (After the Tournament of Power, he is seen fighting with Super Saiyan Blue Goku in the Bulma's cruise liner and in the same wasteland where they had their first fight many years ago)"

Shouldn't that key be deleted?

The "Bulma's cruise liner" part is the only thing the makes it confusing.

It makes sense to me. Post-ToP Blue Goku is Low 2-C, and this is saying that Vegeta scales to him since we saw him fighting about evenly with post-ToP SSB Goku.
