?? Tatsumi, higher D bypass NEP 2 unless NEP 2 of the user has evidence of being unbounded by it.
 
Note: The aspects in which a character is not nonexistent in the common sense are what makes them into a 'living' character. As such, if a character with this power is reduced to a state in which they can't display any properties of something that exists (e.g. becomes unable to take any actions), they are effectively dead/erased. A consequence of that is that feats or special reasoning are required for a character with this ability to survive the complete erasure of their plane of existence, as one needs to confirm that they are able to still display some existent properties on a different plane of existence.

They don't bypass it, they can nuke the entire reality of the lower plane. The NEP 2 character then requires evidence of manifesting in a higher plane. If they don't have evidence, they're considered dead/defeated not because their NEP was negated/ interacted with but because what sustains even their NEP 2 existence (plane of reality) was destroyed.

Just like immortality 9, this is circumventing the NEP with higher AP & range which is basically the same but i guess I'm just salty another king of incon has fallen
 
Actually, I take it back, Anos's source lacks plot as aspect from NEP 2 (deeper than Garham's nature), so ya. He can't do anything tbh

It's a non-smurf in 1-A, it essentially has infinite^infinite layered hax including void manipulation due to endless supersede which should be added to its profile as Reactive Power Level but is capped at 1-A+ and not High 1-A, don't know it could due to Anos unless it's Tier 0 or something.
