You need Seperate feats for that beside check Anos profile he already has Resistance to Madness Manipulation and Corruption which are higher version of Mental attacks and he has it on layered. Also currently he has NEP Aspects 1-4. Technically you need Seperate feats for that also.

No it doesn't. The definition of what the source is shows it's different abd more abstract than the soul, mind & spirit. The mind isn't inside the source it's separate from it.
This means they have a mind but they can also think with their source. You'd need conceptual mind hax to affect it and anos has TD 3, Acausality 4, NEP 2 that needs to be bypassed before you can affect his source

Martian manhunter should be low 2-C at best so no, but I think his attack speed with mindhax and thinking speed is significantly higher than Anos going by just his profile and assuming there's no missing speed feats that could upgrade Anos to higher into Immeasurable
